We developed a Warranty Tracking System for ProCar in Navarre, Ohio recently. This system was used to replace their system they used in Excel. This program simply tracks calls as they come in on warranty claims. The different statuses are indicated in the main screen by color variations.

The program allows searching, sorting, and grouping of claims by any field. Also offers reporting using Crystal Reports. Reports include call demographics (calls per month, dollar amount spent at purchase location). These reports can also be screened by a status field. Many fields allow the customization of the valid data entries.

Data entry is made easy with numerous dropdowns for validated data. These dropdowns feature auto-completion for easy data entry
